The Brainbox team are research experts. We are health psychologists and social researchers who are highly qualified and experienced. Together, we deliver insightful research that helps our clients build a deeper understanding.
Fiona is a Health Psychologist with 20 years’ experience of applied psychology. She works internationally in applying Health Psychology tools and techniques to better understand and change behaviours. Fiona has extensive experience of evaluation and of designing and conducting actionable research. She has worked across a wide range of sectors, including commercial and government organisations, health, sustainable behaviour and road safety. Fiona is a member of the British Psychological Society, she is a Reader in Psychology and head of the behavioural research team at the Leeds Sustainability Institute, and she is the academic lead for NDORS, the national organisation that oversees driver offender retraining schemes.
Beth is a health and social researcher who has worked extensively in the health, education and commercial sectors. She is an experienced research project manager and a skilled researcher and data analyst. She is based at the University of Bradford and the Bradford Institute for Health Research. She joins Brainbox to provide additional expertise for specific projects.
Amanda is our Projects Co-ordinator. She has over 25 years’ experience in administration and she has provided support across our public sector, private sector and national research. She is responsible for implementing our quality management processes and for ensuring Brainbox projects are effectively delivered. Amanda also co-ordinates our training and conferencing programmes and has recently managed and delivered a national conference in road user behaviour change.
