1. Contact us. One of our team will then arrange a time to talk to you about your project. If you’d like to send us a research brief in advance, that’s great, but don’t worry if you don’t have one.

2. We will discuss your research objectives – what you want to find out and what you want to do with the results. For example, you may want to use them to change the way you deliver a service or communicate with people.

3. If you like us and think we are the right people to work with, we can put together a proposal to conduct your research. This will be based on our discussions and any other information you give us. The proposal will outline our suggested research methods, our costs and timescales.

Don’t worry, there are no charges for the work we do to find out about you, your project and to think about how we would design your research.
